Shadow Walker

Captured in strong midday light, this frame isolates a man mid-stride as his shadow detaches, stretching forward with striking clarity. The scene is anchored by the modernist architecture in the background and the decisive diagonal of light, creating a quiet tension between presence and absence.

Portal

A small child peers through one of the circular openings in a vast concrete wall - a gesture of wonder against a backdrop of order. The wall, precise and silent, becomes momentarily animated by curiosity.

I am drawn to these instances where architecture yields - not by design, but by encounter. Here, geometry meets imagination, and something rigid begins to breathe.

Climbing Boys

On a sultry summer day in Zurich, two boys climbed onto the steel substructure of a bridge over the river and balanced between fear and exhilaration.

The graphic grid of iron beams frames their fragile presence and contrasts
their childlike bravery with the weight of the urban architecture.

It is a fleeting tableau of freedom, danger and light, captured in a heatwave
that has transformed the city into a stage for unrestrained playfulness.
